We accept Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA.
General orders are mailed within 1-3 business days; holidays times may vary.
Handbell Services is able to invoice your organization (a tax certificate of exemption from your state will be required). This service is not available via website.

Please note: foam order are shipped UPS directly from our distributor. There may be a delay of approximately 3-4 days.
We mail via USPS, using the actual package weight. A shipping/handling fee of $2.50 is added to each order. Please note: all packages 1-lb. or over are shipped Priority Mail (as required by USPS).
- We ship USPS to most international addresses. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products to foreign countries.
- We cannot offer exact shipping times to places outside the USA. A USPS International tracking number will be emailed when your package has been shipped.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Most new and unused items may be returned for a full refund (minus postage and handling charges) within 30 days. (We will only credit your shipping costs as a result of our error or due to unusual circumstances.)
- Return instructions: please contact us by phone or directly on the HSI website. Simply login to your account, review your order using the Complete Orders link under the MyAccount menu and click the Return Item button. We'll notify you via e-mail once the refund has been processed.
- A refund will appear on your credit card within one week of receiving the returned item(s).
