Shipping & Returns
General orders are placed via the internet. However we know that special circumstances may require direct communication. Toll-free: 1-800-372-3557 or email: email@example.com. Do not leave your credit card number, instead please leave a phone number where you can be reached and a convenient time when you are available. We'll secure credit card information during our direct communication.
Orders are now mailed through the USPS (First Class and Priority Mail). We no longer ship UPS, Ground, 2nd- or 3rd-day Air.
Orders are generally mailed within 1-3 business days; holidays times may vary. You will be notified if there is a backorder.
We provide USPS tracking numbers via email the day your package is shipped.
Most new and unused items may be returned for a full refund (minus mailing and handling charges) within 30 days. Handbell Services will only credit your shipping costs as a result of our error or due to unusual circumstances.
You should expect to receive a refund on your card within one week of our receiving the returned item(s).
- Return instructions: please contact us by phone or directly on the HSI website. Simply login to your account, review your order using the Complete Orders link under the MyAccount menu and click the Return Item button. We'll notify you via e-mail once the refund has been processed.

- We mail to most international addresses. Please note that there may be restrictions on some products to foreign countries.
- We cannot offer exact shipping times to places outside the USA. A US Postal Service tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is shipped. Please contact us for further information: 1-800-37-BELLS
