They absorb drips, dribbles and condensation from hot and cold drinks.
A special manufacturing and kiln firing process, along with a formulated blend of ceramic materials, ensures this absorbency.

- Base: 3/8" thick; finished with a soft moisture proof neoprene pad to protect surfaces

These are beautiful!
This is my second order of these stoneware coasters. I bought them as gifts to my ringers the first time, and was so impressed, it was a "no brainer" when I was looking for another gift. They are just beautiful, and I've never seen anything like them anywhere else. You also won't get better service anywhere than at Handbell Services!
