Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of returning your items. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Or you may contact us directly by phone.

Shipping

We ship UPS, but for an order under 13 ounces shipping via USPS/First Class is available.  

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please Note: Regular business hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 5 pm. Orders are processed during this time period.  Online orders should ship within 2-3 business days. Music orders may take longer (7-10 days) if something is temporarily out-of-stock or is backordered from the publisher. Please let us know if you need your order rushed by calling us during our office hours.  Thank you!
