Our website is not able to invoice organizational accounts.  If you are ordering for a church, school or other organization (for the first time), you will need to contact us by phone, fax or email.  Proof of tax-exempt status will be required by providing us with a letterhead or other form of this documentation.  'only required for your first order.  30 day account terms & conditions apply. 

**If your organization is located in Michigan and receives tax-exempt status, your organization may still order on our website; however, tax will BE refunded after payment is complete.  Handbell Services' merchant account online system does not allow tax-excempt orders.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
