Loading... Please wait...Malmark Maintenance Clinic
Do your handbells give you any of the following problems:
• The castings have a dull look, especially on the inside
• The bells are hard to ring, hard to control, especially when playing softly
• The upper bells do not easily ring (e.g. when trying to shake)
• There's unusual clicking or buzzing sounds
• Screws are loose, perhaps even missing
If so...
Susan Berry offers any organization a hands-on educational clinic demonstrating how to effectively care for Malmark handbells. It's a great way to get everyone in the choir involved, to enjoy fellowship with friends, and to extend the life of your valuable instrument. No need to pay someone else to polish and adjust clapper mechanisms when you can all learn how to service the handbells yourselves.
Susan also offers a full day workshop that integrates her maintenance clinic in the morning with a custom-designed technique clinic in the afternoon. This combination of bell and body will enable participants to learn to perform with confidence, thus create a more musical presentation.
If interested please contacted Handbell Services for additional information.

Please Note: This workshop is by appointment only and is intended for choirs in Michigan and Northern Ohio. Special arrangements will need to be made to adapt a workshop to any place outside of this area, because significant travel time and expenses will be involved.
