This is a classic developmental book for handbell choirs -- coordinating two hands with different rhythms 

"Most problems in handbell choirs fall within two general categories - reading music, and developing the coordination to ring and damp well at any tempo or dynamic...This publication seeks to address this issue by presenting a graduated series of exercises to develop coordination and technical skills...(these drills) substantially increase the pace of skill development.

Two major areas of concern are addressed - ringing and damping correctly at any tempo or dynamic, and changing bells while ringing. Twenty-five exercises are devoted to each topic.
