This is a short, fully chordal arrangement for Level 1 that is useful as an opening or closing fanfare for bell choir - either for a church service or for a concert. It is strong and powerful, and would be a good lead-in whenever this particular hymn is used. The fourth octave adds an upper octave fullness to the piece.

• Key of C Major, 3/2 time signature (count in 6!), marked "with dignity and power".

• Half notes dominate, counted as the beat; there are no rhythmic problems except perhaps counting in 6 instead of 4.

• There are no special techniques or note changes.

• Dynamics are forte throughout.
